Quick response; The estimate to look at our heating unit, repipe another overflow pipe was reasonable. Repaired same day as HomeAdvisor request. At my request over phone, he installed a bracket to the air filter to ensure it stays in place and provides clean airflow to HVAC system (reduce future blockage) at quite reasonable fee. Additionally, he washed dirt and debris off the outside AC unit while he was there. Note, I am a landlord out of state and I was able to do all above over the phone, receive before/after pics, and conclude project comfortably.
